Preti Flaherty Welcomes Attorneys Laura E. Jensen, and Michael J. Melusky to the Firm
Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce the arrival of new associates Laura E. Jensen and Michael J. Melusky to the firm’s Portland office: .
Laura Jensen is a graduate of Pace University School of Law and Fordham College. At Pace Law, she received both her J.D. and LL.M. and was a productions editor for the Pace Environmental Law Review. Following law school, Laura joined the Pace Environmental Law Program, became an adjunct professor of environmental law, and eventually served as Director of the Program. She then clerked for Justice Ellen Gorman of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. Laura joins Preti Flaherty’s Environmental Practice Group following three years in the Natural Resources Division of the Office of the Maine Attorney General.
Mike Melusky received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Susquehanna University where he achieved Honors Scholar status. At Villanova Law, he was a awarded the Order of the Coif and was a member of the Villanova Law Review. Mike joins Preti Flaherty’s Litigation Practice Group following nine years at the Philadelphia office of a well-known national firm.
