Preti Flaherty Announces Promotions of Cameron Ferrante and Spencer Hoffman, Effective January 1, 2025

Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce the promotion of two accomplished attorneys, Cameron Ferrante and Spencer Hoffman.

Cameron Ferrante has been promoted to Partner. A seasoned attorney in the firm’s Municipal Law and Finance Practice Group, Cam specializes in municipal and administrative law. He assists municipalities, individuals, and related entities with a wide range of matters, including regulatory challenges, land use, and zoning. Cam also serves as bond counsel for municipalities and governmental entities.

Spencer Hoffman has been promoted to Director. Spencer practices in the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Practice Group and the Corporate and M&A Practice Group, providing strategic counsel to regional, national, and international clients. His practice encompasses real estate financing, tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions, and general corporate law.
