Biography
Kat is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group, practicing from the Concord, New Hampshire, office. Working in concert with the firm’s multidisciplinary teams, Kat conducts dynamic case-related research, assisting with discovery analysis; drafting and filing pleadings, motions, agreements, and other key documents; and providing comprehensive and strategic counsel to clients through every stage of trial.
Kat is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and the College of William & Mary. While in law school, she was an executive editor for the Michigan Law Review, a moot court award recipient, and a teaching assistant for Legal Practice. Kat spent her final semester of law school at Columbia Law School’s Center for Public Research and Leadership (CPRL), an intensive experiential program focused on education, law, and organizational change. She currently teaches Mock Trial as an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Hampshire. Kat was a Preti Flaherty summer associate in 2020 and returns to the firm following two years as a law clerk to the Hon. Justice James P. Bassett of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Kat lives in Concord, New Hampshire.
