Biography

Josh is an Associate in the firm’s Environmental Practice Group in the firm’s Portland office. He provides clients with counsel across an extensive range of environmental matters, including case research and discovery analysis, document drafting and filing of motions with courts, general trial preparation, and other issues associated with comprehensive client representation.

Josh is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law, where he received honors in the Environmental and Oceans Law program. While in law school, he held an internship at Friends of Casco Bay and was a student attorney for the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic. Before pursuing a law degree, he worked as an historic preservation and restoration consultant and project manager. Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Josh served as an attorney with a notable Portland-area law firm specializing in veteran’s benefits.

A native Mainer, Josh lives in Portland.
