Biography

Josh is a member of Preti Flaherty’s Environmental and Environmental Litigation practice groups in the firm’s Boston office, where he focuses on complex environmental and environmental litigation matters. Working in concert with the firm’s multidisciplinary teams, Josh conducts dynamic case-related research, assisting with discovery analysis; drafting and filing briefs, motions, bench memoranda, client letters, and other key documents; and providing comprehensive and strategic counsel to clients through every stage of trial.

Josh is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and Pennsylvania State University. As part of his studies with the BU Law Legislative Policy & Drafting Clinic, Josh served as a policy extern to the Massachusetts Ocean Acidification Commission. He held several internships in Boston, including with the Clean Water Enforcement Division of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Clean Energy and Climate Change Group of the Conservation Law Foundation. In Washington, D.C., he served as an intern in the chambers of the Honorable Kathleen O’Malley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He joins Preti Flaherty following a year as a contract associate at a prominent law firm in Boston.

Josh lives in Somerville, Massachusetts.
