Jeff Talbert will be part of a panel discussion at this year's ABA Spring Meeting (April 5 & 6) focusing on hot topics in toxic torts and environmental law. Jeff and four other panelists will discuss the huge number of lawsuits generated across the country resulting from the damage to property, the environment and loss of life caused by wildfires, flooding and hurricanes.  Panelists will discuss these disasters that may be connected to climate change and how the litigation has evolved.
