Federal law has changed and so too have employee expectations after the pandemic caused nearly two million women to leave the labor force. Faced with new legal obligations and a tight labor market, employers want to know what they have to do to stay compliant and competitive. Ensuring that your workplace supports expecting employees through pregnancy, childbirth, and nursing, reduces the potential for legal liability and improves the recruitment and retention of talent.
