The city of Rockland will host an energy forum for the public related to Rockland Energy Center's proposal to build a natural gas-fired power plant.  Tony Buxton will speak at the forum and City Councilor Larry Pritchett has said, "there are few people better versed in Maine's utility laws and utility regulation than Buxton."
