Angelica is a member of Preti Flaherty’s Environmental Practice Group and practices from the firm’s Boston office. She counsels clients on a variety of complex issues related to environmental law. Her background with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as a law clerk and with the University of Michigan Environmental Law and Sustainability Clinic has given her broad experience researching federal enforcement actions, case law, and state legislation; reviewing and developing motions and petitions; and preparing case briefings and legal memoranda.
Angelica is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Maryland, College Park, where she achieved her B.S. in Environmental Science and Policy. While in law school, she served as managing editor of the Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law and was an intern at the U.S Department of Labor, Division of Occupational Safety and Health. She joins Preti Flaherty following a judicial law clerkship at the District of Columbia Superior Court.
Angelica lives in Laurel, Maryland.
