Adam Shub Elected Chairman of the Maine Real Estate Commission
The Maine Real Estate Commission has elected Preti Flaherty attorney Adam Shub as its Chairman. The Commission oversees all real estate agencies and brokers in the State of Maine. Governor Paul LePage appointed Shub to the Maine Real Estate Commission in 2013.
Adam focuses his legal practice on representing banks in loan workouts, bankruptcy matters, foreclosures, mortgage litigation, and real estate disputes. Adam also handles general commercial litigation matters.
Adam graduated from Boston College and the University of Maine School of Law. He and his wife, Kate, have two sons.
