Biography

Rebecca practices with the Business Law Group from the firm’s Portland office. She provides general corporate counsel to clients, as well as securities related services to public and private companies.

Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Rebecca served as securities and corporate governance associate counsel at Alcoa, Inc. in New York, New York. She previously practiced at the international law firm Sidley Austin LLP from its New York office. At Sidley, she advised and assisted real estate investment trusts and public and private consumer products, insurance and financial services companies to access the public and private capital markets.

Rebecca is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., where she was the Executive Editor of the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review. She graduated magna cum laude with an undergraduate degree in English literature from Barnard College in New York, New York.

Rebecca lives in Portland with her husband and their daughter.
