Rachel practices with Preti Flaherty's Business Law Group in the firm's Portland office. She focuses her practice on a wide range of matters, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and other transactions.
Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Rachel practiced with a firm in New York, NY. While in law school, she was an Executive Notes & Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review, as well as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a competitor in the 2010 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Following law school, Rachel served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Judge Ralph K. Winter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Rachel earned her undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Cornell University's College of Engineering.
