Pat is a member of the firm’s Business Law and Real Estate groups, practicing from the Portland office. He focuses on a wide range of matters, including corporate law, real estate conveyances, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions with an emphasis on commercial lending.
Prior to joining Preti Flaherty in 2016, Pat handled real estate and creditors’ rights matters at another law firm in Portland, during which time he oversaw numerous real estate transactions, loan workouts, commercial collections, and commercial and civil foreclosure actions.
Pat is a graduate of Colby College, where he was a four-year member of the football team, and worked as a teacher and coach at a private school in Brookline, Massachusetts before enrolling at the University of Maine Law School. While in law school, Pat interned with Justice G. Arthur Brennan of the York County Superior Court, was a founding member of the Real Estate and Construction Law Society, and served as research assistant to Dean Peter Pitegoff.
A Maine native, Pat was born in Rumford and currently resides in South Portland with his wife, Paige.
