Rachel Green Joins Preti Flaherty

Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce that Rachel E. Green has joined the firm as an Associates.

Rachel Green practices with the Business Law Group in the firm's Portland office, and focuses her practice on a wide range of matters, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and other transactions.

Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Rachel practiced with Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP in New York, New York.  Prior to Cravath, Rachel served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Judge Ralph K. Winter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New Haven, Connecticut. She earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as Executive Notes & Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review, and earned her undergraduate degree from the Cornell University's College of Engineering.

Rachel is admitted to practice in New York and resides in Portland, Maine.
