Preti Flaherty’s Kenneth Rubinstein named co-chair of Boston Bar Association committee

CONCORD, New Hampshire — Kenneth E. Rubinstein, a Director practicing out of Preti Flaherty’s Boston and Concord offices, has been named co-chair of the Construction Committee of the Boston Bar Association.

The Construction Committee serves to address all aspects of construction law, including contract documents and alternative project delivery systems, construction litigation, arbitration and ADR, public contract law, and other legal issues relating to the construction industry in Massachusetts.

A Hopkinton, NH resident, Rubinstein has been with Preti Flaherty since 2011, and currently serves as the co-chair of the firm’s Construction Law group. He is also a member of the firm’s Litigation and Professional Liability groups. Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Rubinstein worked at a Manhattan construction management firm.

He has received regional and national awards for his work in the construction industry. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. Earlier in his career as an attorney, he was selected as one of Engineering News-Records “Top Construction Professionals Under 40 in New England,” and one of 15 “Up & Coming Lawyers” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
