She is a graduate of the University of Maine Law School and the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a degree in International Relations and French Studies.

John M. Sullivan, Managing Partner at Preti Flaherty, said, “Holly’s return to Preti is great news for our clients and our Firm. There are very few people in the law who combine the intelligence, experience, charisma and work ethic that Holly possesses. Her recent work for Governor LePage has only broadened the skills she will apply to serve our clients. We are so pleased she has returned to the Firm.”
