Preti Flaherty Welcomes Eric G. Penley to the Firm

Preti Flaherty announced today that attorney Eric G. Penley has joined the firm.

Eric is an Associate in the firm's Litigation Group and practices from the Boston office. His practice covers a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial and civil litigation.

Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Eric handled litigation matters at the Boston office of one of the largest firms in the U.S., representing clients in all phases of complex civil litigation.

He attended Bowdoin College, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a double major in Government and Spanish. He is also a graduate of the University Virginia School of Law, where he was the Articles Editor for the Virginia Law & Business Review.

During law school, Eric worked at the U.S. Department of justice, Antitrust Division, where he participated in antitrust investigations of mergers in the financial markets, banking, and software industries.
