Ken Rubinstein Named Construction Law Lecturer at the Boston University School of Law

Preti Flaherty attorney Ken Rubinstein has been named Lecturer-at-Law in the area of Construction Law at the Boston University School of Law. In the 2015-2016 academic year, Ken will teach "Construction Law," which will take law students from project development through execution, and will address the issues and conflicts that frequently arise during the construction process.

Ken is co-chair of Preti Flaherty’s Construction Law Practice Group, and a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group.
