Bodie B. Colwell Appointed Special Projects Leader of the ABI's Young and New Member Committee

Preti Flaherty is proud to announce that attorney Bodie B. Colwell has been appointed Special Projects Leader for the American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) Young and New Member Committee.

ABI is the nation's largest association of bankruptcy professionals including attorneys, auctioneers, bankers, judges, lenders, professors, turnaround specialists, accountants, and others. ABI's committees focus on specific areas of insolvency and provide networking opportunities and leadership development opportunities for members.

Colwell practices as an associate with Preti Flaherty's Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights and Business Restructuring group from the firm's Portland office. She focuses on supporting bankruptcy, insolvency, and creditors’ rights clients.
