June 5, 2008 PORTLAND, Me. – Preti Flaherty attorney Roy T. Pierce has
been elected to the University of Maine School of Law Alumni Association Board
of Directors. Roy was elected to a three-year term, beginning July 2008.
As a Board Member, Roy will support the Board by participating in the
oversight of the organization’s programs and initiatives, such as the
distribution of scholarships and alumni events.
Roy is a partner with Preti Flaherty and practices with the Litigation
Practice Group. He focuses his practice on commercial and appellate litigation,
state and local taxation and municipal law.
