attorney Michael K. Mahoney has been appointed serve a three-year term on the
Maine Economic Growth Council, which is comprised of 19 members who are jointly
appointed by the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the
House.
The Council is charged with developing a long-range economic plan for the
state, including goal setting, measurable outcomes, and benchmarks. The Maine
Economic Growth Council is an arm of The Maine Development Foundation (MDF) that
works to drive sustainable, long-term economic growth for Maine.
Mahoney is a partner with the firm and practices with the Legislative,
Regulatory and Governmental Services group. Mike has a vast knowledge of the
Maine Legislature and various state administrative agencies. He regularly
