Concord, NH – Preti Flaherty attorney Joshua E. Menard was recently nominated
by Governor Lynch and confirmed by the Executive Council to sit as a Trustee on
the New Hampshire Community Technical Colleges Board of Trustees. The NHCTCS
Board of Trustees is made up of representatives from various sectors – business,
health care, education, and the community at large.
Menard joined Preti Flaherty’s Concord, NH office in September 2004. His
practice concentrates on bankruptcy and commercial law. He is a graduate of
Boston College Law School, New England College and New Hampshire Technical
Institute. He is a native of Grantham, NH and resides in Hopkinton, NH.
