Preti Flaherty attorney Peter Callaghan won an $81,000 jury trial verdict on
June 24, 2004 in the case of Pool Environments v. Peter Holden.
Pool Environments, of Dover, NH and Westbrook, ME installed a heating and
dehumidifying system at Mr. Holden's home. The company sued Mr. Holden for
failing to pay for the system. A jury considered the testimony of expert
witnesses as well as fact from both parties, and ultimately decided that Pool
Environments should receive full payment for its work plus attorney fees.
Mr. Callaghan's practice includes employment law, civil litigation, business
