Attorney Ann Robinson of Preti Flaherty has been appointed director of the
Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston. She is one of eight directors appointed from
the public sector by the Federal Housing Finance Board, the Bank's regulator in
Washington, D.C.
Ms. Robinson is a resident partner in the firm’s Augusta office and has been
a member of the Legislative, Regulatory & Governmental Services Practice
Group at Preti Flaherty since joining the firm in 1988. She specializes in
legislative and regulatory law and has extensive experience in insurance,
financial and professional regulation issues. Ms. Robinson was recently
elected to the firm’s Management Committee. She is a former member of the
Maine Human Rights Commission.

Born in Lewiston, Maine, Ann graduated from Brown University and earned her
law degree at the University of Maine School of Law.
