Preti Flaherty, one of Maine’s leading law firms, today announced it has
added five attorneys with specialization in environment, litigation, energy and
health law to its growing practice.
They are:
Todd Griset whose specialty is litigation, environmental law and
intellectual property. Griset received his law degree from the University of
Pennsylvania, in addition to a masters of environmental studies. He received his
undergraduate degree is from Dartmouth College. A resident of Portland, Griset
works in the firm’s Portland office.
Sara Gagne Holmes, who specializes in health law and energy law. Holmes, who
currently resides in Augusta, is a Sanford native who received her law degree
from the University of Maine School of Law where she served as managing editor
of the Maine Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree from Bowdoin
College. Gagne Holmes works in the firm’s Augusta office.
Matthew Gildart’s specialty is business law, litigation and labor and
employment law. A Cape Elizabeth native, Gildart received both his law degree
and bachelor’s degree from Boston University. He is a member of the Bar in both
Maine and Massachusetts. Gildart works in the firm’s Portland office.
William Moorhouse specializes in environmental law and litigation. Moorhouse,
a Windham resident, received his law degree from Suffolk Law School in
Massachusetts, and graduated from the Coast Guard Academy with a bachelor’s
degree in government. He works in the firm’s Portland office.
Jonathan Mermin is a litigation specialist residing in Portland. Mermin
graduated summa cum laude in his class at Boston College School of Law. He
received a Ph.D. in political science from Yale University and his undergraduate
degree from Cornell. Mermin is a member of the Bar in both Maine and
Massachusetts. He works in the firm’s Portland office.
