have joined the firm. They will practice with the firm's business and
environmental law groups and be based in the firm's Concord office.
JOHN M. SULLIVAN
John handles mergers & acquisitions,
bankruptcy, reorganizations, financings, and corporate law matters. Board
certified in bankruptcy law, he is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the
bankruptcy law category. A past member of the Concord City Council, he serves on
the Concord Personnel Appeals Board and is President of the Concord Country
Club. John, a partner at Sulloway & Hollis, PLLC for many years, is a
graduate of Bowdoin College. John earned his law degree from Washington
and Lee University Law School in 1978. He is admitted to practice in New
Hampshire and Massachusetts
DANIEL P. LUKER
Dan practices in the areas of
business and bankruptcy law, environmental law and
land use matters and commercial litigation. A 2001 graduate of Leadership New
Hampshire, Dan is a director of Groundwork Concord and is active as a director
and coach in youth sports. A partner for many years with Sulloway & Hollis,
PLLC, he has served as a member of Concord's Zoning Advisory Committee and the
Downtown Concord Master Planning Steering Committee. A graduate of Hamilton
College, Dan earned his law degree from Cornell University in 1986.
SIMON C. LEEMING
Simon's practice includes banking law, real estate, land
use and business law. Previously a principal of Leeming Law, PLLC in
Concord, he serves as the New Zealand Honorary Consul to New
England. Simon is active in international business issues serving as a
Director of the British American Business Council, the U.S., Australia and New
Zealand Chamber of Commerce and the U.S./New Zealand Council. A graduate
of Boston University, Simon graduated Suffolk University Law School in 1980. He
is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and New
Zealand.
