Portland, Maine – Alfred C. Frawley, a member at Preti, Flaherty, Beliveau,
Pachios & Haley, LLC serves as an arbitrator of domain name disputes under
the ICANN dispute resolution policies through the online dispute resolution
organization eResolution. eResolution, recognized as one of the foremost
authorities in online dispute resolution, is one of only four firms in the world
that are accredited by the Internet Corporation for Assignment of Names and
Numbers (ICANN). Frawley recently served as an arbitrator for the domain
