March 21, 2008 – PORTLAND, MAINE – Preti Flaherty announced today that
attorney Joshua R. Carver has joined the firm as an associate. Joshua will
practice with the Litigation Practice Group from the firm’s Portland, Maine
office. He will focus his practice on anti-trust and competition law, as well as
complex commercial litigation and products liability.
Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Joshua practiced with the litigation groups
at WilmerHale in Boston, MA and Paul Frank + Collins in Burlington, VT. He is
licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Vermont and is a member of the
American Bar Association.
Joshua is a 2001 graduate of Tulane Law School, where he graduated magna cum
laude, and is a 1996 graduate of Emory University. He is a native of Newton, MA
and currently resides in Cape Elizabeth, Maine.
