February 6, 2008 — CONCORD, New Hampshire —Today Preti Flaherty
announced that attorney Gregory A. Moffett has joined its Concord, New
Hampshire office as a Director. Moffett will practice with the firm’s
Bankruptcy, Business Law and Litigation Practice Groups. He brings a
strong bankruptcy practice to the firm and will focus on bankruptcy, creditor’s
rights and commercial litigation.
Greg comes to Preti from McCaffrey & Moffett, PLLC, a Concord-based
bankruptcy and civil litigation firm. Before founding that office, Greg
was a litigation partner with Sulloway & Hollis, PLLC. Greg frequently
counsels financial institutions, corporations and individuals in connection with
bankruptcy and insolvency issues arising under state and federal law. He
also handles a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract
and construction-related disputes, products liability and insurance claims, and
professional negligence disputes. Greg regularly represents clients in
litigated matters in the New Hampshire Bankruptcy Court and in the various state
courts of New Hampshire.
Greg is admitted to practice in all New Hampshire state and federal courts
and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar
Association and the N.H. Bar Association.
He is a 1989 graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and a 1986
graduate of the University of New Hampshire. He is a native of Brunswick, Maine
and currently resides in Bow, New Hampshire.
