December 8, 2006 - Preti Flaherty announced today that Michael K. Mahoney, a
partner who has practiced with the firm’s Legislative Group since 2000, has been
appointed Chief Legal Counsel to Governor John E. Baldacci. Mahoney will replace
Tom Federle, who will return to private practice.
