Preti Flaherty's Sharon Newman was elected Secretary/Treasurer of the Natural
Resources and Environmental Law Section of the Maine State Bar Association at
the Section's annual meeting on January 29, 2004. She is a member of Preti
Flaherty's Environmental Law Group and practices out of the firm's Portland
office.
Ginger Davis, one of Preti Flaherty's Augusta attorneys, was the
Section's chair in 2003.
The Natural Resources and Environmental Law Section organizes seminars and
brown bag lunches throughout the year to explore and discuss topics of
importance in the environmental law field
