in size in the last eight months with 40 or more new sites going on-line
everyday. Corporations have been empowered (see GM) or flailed (Netflix)
by the ability or inability to harness the blog phenomenon. Blogs and the
self-publishing revolution have or will soon transform the communications
environment. We ignore it at our peril.
