BIOGRAPHY

Simon R. Brown practices with the firm’s Litigation Group in the Concord, New Hampshire office. Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Simon served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office where he tried numerous complex jury cases.  In addition to handling more than 65 jury trials in his career, Simon has briefed and argued dozens of cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and in the United States District Court.  While serving as Chief of the Attorney General’s Criminal Justice Bureau, Simon testified before the state legislature concerning proposed legislation, oversaw investigations of public corruption, and worked extensively with government agencies.
