USOC v. IOC: Olympic Bans for Convicted Dopers

Sports law attorney Paul Greene authored "USOC v. IOC: Olympic bans for 'convicted' dopers" in the November 2011 issue of World Sports Law Report:

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) recently ruled that Rule 45 of the Olympic Charter - which bans 'convicted' dopers from competing at the next edition of the Olympic Games following expiration of their suspension - is 'invalid and unenforceable'.
