Roy T. Pierce is a member in the firm's Litigation Practice Group in Portland, where he focuses on commercial and real estate litigation, state and local taxation and land use and permitting. In addition, Roy maintains an active appellate practice and has argued over two dozen appeals before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court and First Circuit.
While in law school, Roy was notes and comments editor for the Maine Law Review. Following graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable David G. Roberts of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
Roy resides in Freeport, Maine, with his wife and two daughters.
