Workers' Compensation

Preti Flaherty's Workers' Compensation Practice Group counsels employers, individual and group self-insureds and insurers in legal management and defense of workers' compensation claims. We help clients navigate and manage the complexities of workers' compensation defense, administration and regulation. We provide defense in litigation matters and represent clients with legislative, regulatory and administrative issues.
