Climate Change Expert Urges Rich Nations to do More to Combat Global Warming

With less than two months to go before the UN climate conference in Copenhagen, richer nations must do more to help developing countries combat the effects of global warming. That was the warning issued in Portland today by a leading international climate change expert.
