Joshua E. Menard joined Preti Flaherty's Concord, New Hampshire office in September 2004 and rejoined in 2008 after practicing briefly at another local firm. His practice concentrates on bankruptcy and commercial law.

Joshua is a graduate of Boston College Law School, where he served as the supervising editor of the U.C.C. Reporter's Digest. He earned a B.A. at New England College and was awarded Outstanding Political Science Student Award. He also holds an Associate of Science degree in criminal justice from New Hampshire Technical Institute.

Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Joshua completed a two-year clerkship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New Hampshire. He also worked as a law clerk and interned with the City of Waltham, MA and the N.H. Public Defender Office. Joshua also served in the United States Army, stationed in Idar-Oberstein, Germany.  He was awarded two Army Achievement Medals for meritorious performances.

Joshua is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is rated CV by Martindale-Hubbell's Peer Review Ratings Process. He also enrolled in the New Hampshire Leadership Program. He is a native of New Hampshire and resides in Hopkinton.
