Health Care Reform Working Group

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, as amended by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, is the most ambitious and complex legislation in almost half a century. With the details of health reform ever-changing, Preti Flaherty has established a Health Care Reform Working Group to assist employers, health care providers, insurers, and others in minimizing challenges and maximizing opportunities of health care reform.

As additional federal regulations refining this legislation are adopted, and as the State of Maine makes decisions on how to implement health care reform, attorneys in the Health Care Reform Working Group are prepared to advise our clients in understanding new developments and making decisions during this time of dramatic change.
