Erin E. Berry is an Associate and practices primarily with Preti Flaherty's Litigation Group from the Portland office. She joined the firm in 2010 after serving as a Summer Associate with Preti Flaherty in 2009. During law school, Erin served as a Student Attorney at the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, a George Washington University law clinic in Washington, D.C. She completed internships with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Shelby Highsmith. She also completed a pro-bono hour work pledge as a volunteer hotline responder for WomensLaw.org's email hotline.
Before law school, Erin was a first grade teacher in Los Angeles, CA with Teach for America. She is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School and The George Washington University where she studied International Affairs and Economics.
Erin is admitted to practice in Maine and is a resident of Portland.
