New Hampshire Criminal Defense Attorney
Brian Quirk is an experienced criminal defense attorney with Preti Flaherty's Concord, New Hampshire Office. He is co-chair of the firm's White Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group and represents clients charged with state and federal crimes.
Brian's practice is focused on defending the rights of individuals and corporations who are the subject of criminal investigations or who have been charged with criminal offenses. He has represented clients in numerous high-profile matters, including successfully defending clients against serious criminal and related civil charges in state and federal courts throughout New Hampshire including:

- DWI (Driving While Intoxicated)
- Criminal Appeals
- Administrative Proceedings
Prior to his defense work, Brian served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Homicide Unit of the New Hampshire Department of Justice where he led homicide prosecutions. While there, Brian also prosecuted white-collar crimes and public integrity matters, and represented the State of New Hampshire in state and federal court. Brian has successfully briefed and argued numerous criminal cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and has taught Advanced Appellate Advocacy at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, formerly known as Franklin Pierce Law Center.
Brian is also a member of the Securities Practice Group, and has represented several multi-national financial firms in securities litigation.
