Carrie M. Logan joined Preti Flaherty's Portland office in 2007 and focuses her practice on Public Finance, Real Estate, Business Law and Land Use. Representative public finance matters include acting as underwriter's counsel for the Portland, Maine International Jetport 2010 Revenue Bonds and underwriter's counsel for the City of Springfield, Massachusetts 2010 Qualified School Construction Bonds. Carrie also has experience with handling easement and right-of-way disputes, cell tower leasing and commercial closings. Carrie previously served the firm as a summer associate in 2006 and completed the Bernstein Fellowship, where she clerked for several York County District Court Judges in 2005.
Prior to launching her legal career, Carrie earned teaching certificates in Texas and Louisiana, where she taught third grade as a corps member in the Teach for America program.
Carrie is a native of Yarmouth, Maine and resides in Portland with her husband, Scott and sons, Selwyn and Everett.
